Our commitment: Customers should know the price and minimum deliverables before paying, should not lose credits for failed promised research, and should have a clear route to resolve mistaken charges or service failures.

1. Purpose and Scope

This Refund and Research Credit Policy explains how JustGroupLink Research handles research-credit purchases, credit reservations, research delivery, unsuccessful or incomplete requests, refund requests, payment reversals, and disputes. JustGroupLink Research is operated by Zileth Limited, a company registered in Nigeria, with its business location in Umuahia, Abia State, Nigeria.

This Policy applies to research services, credits and digital research reports offered through justgrouplink.com, where those services have been activated. Certain functions may remain in testing or may not be available in every country. Specific service descriptions and the price disclosed at checkout form part of the applicable purchase information.

Nothing in this Policy removes any refund, remedy, cancellation, or consumer-protection right that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws applicable to the customer.

2. Definitions

  • Research credits: Nontransferable, closed-loop usage units that can be used only for eligible JustGroupLink research products and services, not for cash withdrawals.
  • Credit package: A prepaid allocation of usage credits purchased through an available payment method.
  • Maximum research quote: The highest number of credits the customer expressly authorizes for a specific research operation before processing begins.
  • Reserved credits: Credits temporarily held while a request is processed. A reservation is not a final charge.
  • Settled credits: Credits permanently deducted after the agreed qualifying product or report has been delivered.
  • Qualifying report: A saved or made-accessible report meeting the material description and minimum deliverables disclosed for the service purchased.
  • Failed research: A request for which JustGroupLink cannot deliver the agreed minimum result, including relevant processing or provider failures.
  • Contributor discount: An optional benefit for eligible, validated, separately authorized publisher-report contributions, if that programme is active and legally permitted.

3. Nature and Value of Research Credits

Our intended service-value denomination is 100 research credits for US$1 in retail research purchasing value. This denomination helps calculate digital research charges; it does not make credits bank deposits, electronic money, a foreign-currency account, a stored-value payment product usable elsewhere, or a promise of cash redemption.

Customers purchasing in Nigerian naira or another supported currency will see the actual package price, currency, number of credits, and applicable charges before confirming payment. The exchange or conversion assumptions used to price a package may change for future purchases; changes will not retroactively reduce credits already validly issued.

Credits cannot be sold, exchanged for money, transferred between accounts or used with other merchants unless we expressly introduce and lawfully authorize such a feature through separate terms. Any applicable expiry, inactivity limit or promotional-credit restriction must be clearly disclosed before purchase or award; we will not impose an undisclosed forfeiture on purchased credits.

4. Transparent Pricing and Customer Approval

Before a chargeable research operation, we aim to display the research product, selected scope (such as keyword, country or report type), expected or minimum deliverables, credit price or maximum credit quote, and any material quality conditions.

Our internal target is to price standard research at approximately six times eligible direct delivery cost, with an optional 15% contributor discount where qualified, while protecting a minimum target of five times eligible direct cost. These internal pricing guidelines do not override the specific credit quote accepted by the customer. Where data-provider fees or delivery costs vary, the authorized maximum remains the customer-facing limit.

We will not impose an unapproved additional research-credit charge merely because an upstream provider costs more than expected. A fresh request or materially higher scope requires a new quote and customer authorization.

5. Credit Reservation Before Research

When an eligible customer confirms a research quote, JustGroupLink may reserve up to the disclosed maximum from the available credit balance. Reserved credits are temporarily unavailable for other purchases, but they are not yet considered earned by JustGroupLink.

If the service completes at a final authorized charge below the reservation, the unused difference will be released to the customer’s available balance. If the request fails to meet its disclosed delivery conditions, reserved credits will be restored under the rules below.

Reservations and final charges should appear in the customer’s research or transaction history where the corresponding account feature is active.

6. When a Research Request Is Successfully Delivered

A research request is considered successfully delivered when the purchased report is saved to the customer’s private account, made accessible through the service, or otherwise delivered in the manner described at checkout and it meets the material minimum specifications disclosed before the customer authorized payment.

For a successfully delivered report, the applicable final credit charge may be settled even if the customer closes the browser, loses an internet connection after completion, or chooses not to read or download the report immediately. The customer should be able to reopen the purchased report through the provided account facility while it remains available under the applicable service and retention terms.

Research is an information service. A report does not fail solely because a customer dislikes the CPC figures, demand estimates, competitive landscape or article recommendations, provided those findings are within the clearly described scope and the report satisfies the purchased product’s delivery criteria.

7. Low-CPC Results and Market Feasibility Reports

We distinguish between products promising qualifying opportunities and products promising a market assessment.

  • High-CPC Opportunities Report: If a service promises a stated minimum number of relevant opportunities that meet disclosed filters, but cannot deliver that minimum, the customer is entitled to the applicable credit restoration or an expressly accepted reduced-price alternative.
  • Market Feasibility or Niche Assessment: If the service clearly explains in advance that its output may conclude demand is low or there are no strong opportunities, a complete, well-supported negative finding may still be valid delivery.

Product descriptions must make these differences clear before a chargeable request is confirmed. We will not retrospectively redefine an unsuccessful high-CPC search as a paid feasibility study to avoid a promised remedy.

8. Failed Research and Full Credit Restoration

We will restore the credit reservation relating to a research request when we cannot deliver its promised minimum service because of an unhandled platform error, qualifying third-party research-provider failure, irrecoverably corrupted or missing report, or failure to meet the expressly disclosed minimum result requirements.

Where such a failure occurs, the customer will not be charged for a service that we did not successfully deliver, even if an external data provider has charged JustGroupLink for its own request. That upstream expense is an operational cost of JustGroupLink and is not automatically passed to the customer after a failed promised service.

Where the automated refund process is unavailable or incomplete, the customer may request a manual review. We may investigate technical logs and provider responses to determine whether an accessible qualifying report was actually delivered.

9. Incomplete Reports and Optional Partial Acceptance

If a report contains some useful content but does not meet the purchased minimum specifications, we may offer a reduced credit price corresponding to a clearly described smaller deliverable.

The reduced-price option requires the customer’s affirmative acceptance before any reduced final charge is settled. If the customer does not accept the reduced service, the affected reservation will be restored, subject to mandatory law and any distinct service components the customer separately purchased and received.

No undisclosed partial charge or unilateral upcharge will be imposed simply because the platform produced fewer results than promised.

10. Cancelled, Invalid, or Unsupported Requests

We aim to reject unsupported countries, invalid input formats, missing required details, and other clearly invalid requests before making a billable provider call. Requests rejected before a paid operation begins should not incur a research-credit charge.

If a customer cancels before processing begins, any reservation should be released. Once a billable request has begun, its treatment depends on the service description, work already completed, applicable consumer rights and whether a qualifying result is ultimately delivered. We will not describe a request as completed merely because an upstream API was called.

Where repeated abusive or automated requests endanger platform stability or generate unreasonable cost, we may apply clearly stated fair-use limits, security checks or account review. Legitimate refund complaints will not be treated as abuse merely because the customer requests a remedy.

11. Duplicate Searches, Saved Reports, and Reopening Purchases

We aim to identify accidental duplicate submissions and avoid billing twice for the same purchase or provider request. If the same qualifying report has already been purchased for the same customer, reopening it through the account’s report history should not require another research charge.

Previously generated or licensed marketplace reports may have a separate, clearly displayed price. A customer purchasing a pre-existing report should know they are not necessarily commissioning a new live provider search.

If duplicate billing is confirmed, we will correct the credit ledger and restore the duplicated amount or provide another remedy required by law.

12. Purchased Credit Packages and Unused Balances

Buying a package of credits is different from spending those credits on research. If credits are purchased successfully but are not properly added to the customer’s account, we will investigate and provide the missing credits or an appropriate payment refund or other legal remedy.

Requests to cancel a package containing unused credits will be considered under applicable consumer law, the conditions clearly disclosed at purchase, the status of any delivered services and the payment provider’s capabilities. We do not promise automatic cash redemption of all unused credits; equally, we do not apply a blanket no-refund rule where the law requires a remedy.

Where a monetary refund is approved for a package, the account balance may be adjusted to remove the refunded credits and prevent duplicate benefit. Used credits and completed services will be reconciled fairly and in accordance with mandatory consumer rights.

13. Card, Bank and Other Monetary Refunds

A restoration of research credits inside the website is not the same transaction as a refund of money to a card or bank account. Monetary refunds are available where required by applicable law or expressly approved after review of the relevant payment.

Approved monetary refunds will normally be initiated through the original payment provider and returned through the original payment route where supported. If that route is unavailable, we will work with the payer and provider on a lawful alternative after appropriate verification.

Refunds ordinarily reference the original paid currency and amount, subject to applicable legal rules, product terms and adjustments for any amount properly retained for services already received. Foreign-exchange changes or bank charges outside our control may affect the amount shown by a customer’s own bank or card issuer.

We will not deduct a fee from a legally required refund where such deduction would violate applicable law. Payment-processing charges may not be returned to us by the provider; that does not automatically entitle us to impose an undisclosed deduction on a consumer.

14. Payment Provider Processing and Timelines

Where Paystack is enabled, eligible refunds may be processed through its merchant refund mechanisms, which support full and partial refunds. The transaction may move through processing statuses before completion, and the time taken for funds to appear depends on the payment channel, provider and receiving bank.

Paystack’s published documentation notes that a refund marked processed may still take up to ten business days to reach the customer. This is provider guidance, not a guarantee that every refund will complete within that period.

If an original payment is too old or otherwise ineligible for the payment provider’s automated refund tool, we will review lawful alternatives rather than treating the technical limitation as a waiver of the customer’s mandatory rights. Other approved gateways, if activated, may apply different processing procedures and timeframes.

15. Payment Not Reflected or Duplicate Payment

If a customer is charged but credits do not appear, they should contact us with the account email, transaction reference, date, amount and payment channel. We will verify the payment using secure merchant records and reconcile the customer ledger before issuing or adjusting credits.

Where a payment was duplicated, we will verify both transactions and provide an appropriate refund or customer-approved credit adjustment. No customer should receive duplicate credit allocation for a single valid payment, nor lose a valid credit allocation because the browser did not show a confirmation screen.

For security, customers must not email full card numbers, CVVs, online banking passwords, API keys or one-time authentication codes.

16. Unauthorized Payments, Fraud and Chargebacks

Suspected unauthorized purchases should be reported promptly to JustGroupLink and, where appropriate, to the relevant payment provider or card issuer. We may temporarily restrict disputed credits or related transactions while investigating to prevent further unauthorized use or duplicate reimbursement.

Chargebacks and payment reversals are handled under provider rules and applicable law. If a payment is reversed, we may fairly reconcile the associated credit balance and outstanding services, taking account of any applicable customer rights.

Customers retain the right to raise legitimate billing disputes and pursue remedies available under law. We will not penalize good-faith complaints or obstruct lawful chargeback rights.

17. Premium Marketplace Reports and Digital Deliverables

Premium topic opportunities and downloadable research briefs may be pre-generated or created for a customer after purchase. Before payment, we aim to describe whether a report is previously prepared or newly generated, its principal contents, applicable research date or freshness, and limitations.

A report that is unavailable, materially incomplete, corrupted or materially different from its paid description may qualify for repair, replacement, credit restoration or refund as appropriate. A report that conforms to its description is not automatically refundable merely because the customer elects not to publish the suggested topic or does not achieve expected traffic or advertising earnings.

Any rights of cancellation or refund that apply under consumer law remain unaffected.

18. Contributor Discounts for Publisher CSV Reports

Where the optional programme has been lawfully activated, an eligible publisher may receive a 15% discount on one qualifying future research purchase after submitting a valid, genuinely new historical performance report and giving separate, affirmative permission for eligible derived insights to contribute to shared research.

Private CSV analysis does not depend on consenting to commercial research contribution. A customer who declines shared-use permission may still use available private-analysis services at their ordinary price, but will not qualify for a contribution-linked reward.

Submission alone does not automatically earn the discount. Reports may be assessed for relevance, completeness, duplicates, reporting period, legal eligibility and data quality. A contribution must not include information the publisher is not authorized to provide. Contributions are never a guarantee of any minimum marketplace income, and the benefit is not cash redeemable.

Reward availability, applicable products, use limits and any expiration conditions will be disclosed before eligible participation. The programme may remain disabled pending applicable data-rights and payment-provider reviews.

19. Consent Withdrawal and Reward Adjustments

Permission to use eligible publisher-derived insights for shared research is distinct from the acceptance of ordinary customer Terms. Customers may withdraw future-use permission through the available account controls or by contacting us, subject to applicable law and processing already lawfully completed.

Withdrawal of optional consent does not automatically create a debt or retroactively invalidate a discount earned in good faith. We may, however, withhold an unissued incentive or correct an award obtained through materially false submissions, duplication or fraud, consistently with disclosed terms and mandatory rights.

Where a report is deleted or permission withdrawn, we will assess ongoing use of associated derived data under the applicable Privacy Policy and the relevant legal basis.

20. Service Availability and Provider Disruptions

Research requests may be affected by network problems, temporary service outages, external provider failures, data delays, file-format issues or account verification requirements.

When a paid service is not delivered to the standard promised, we will provide an appropriate remedy under this Policy and applicable law. Where practical, we may offer a retry, corrected report or delayed delivery, but such alternatives do not override a right to a refund or other mandatory remedy.

We may pause paid research or disable high-risk features while resolving billing, safety or data-quality issues. An administrative pause does not in itself settle a customer’s pending service or refund claim.

21. Research Findings and Earnings Are Not Guaranteed

Keyword CPC, advertising competition, search demand, article-topic scores and historical publisher eCPM are research indicators. They do not guarantee Google rankings, advertising earnings, Page RPM, conversion rates, traffic or profit.

A properly delivered report is not defective solely because its findings fail to generate the customer’s expected commercial outcome. However, this disclaimer does not excuse inaccurate billing, material misdescription, failure to deliver paid features, or defective service in breach of applicable law.

For context, please also review our Disclaimer and Research Methodology.

22. How to Request a Refund or Credit Review

Contact info@justgrouplink.com or admin@justgrouplink.com with the subject line Refund or Credit Review — JustGroupLink Research.

To help us locate the relevant records, provide:

  • The email address associated with the JustGroupLink account.
  • The research request ID, wallet transaction ID, or payment reference where available.
  • The date, currency and amount of the payment or credit charge.
  • The relevant research product or report title.
  • A concise description of what went wrong and the remedy you are seeking.
  • An error message or redacted screenshot if it helps explain the problem.

Please do not send full payment-card details, passwords, unredacted sensitive CSV files or authentication codes. We may ask reasonable questions to verify account ownership and prevent fraud.

23. Review, Notification and Escalation

We aim to acknowledge customer concerns promptly, investigate relevant payment and technical records, and explain the proposed resolution. Complex cases, provider inquiries and card-network disputes may require additional time, and we will seek to provide reasonable updates.

If the customer disagrees with an initial decision, they may request a further review through admin@justgrouplink.com. Customers may also pursue any lawful consumer-protection, banking, payment-provider or court remedies available in their jurisdiction.

We will not claim that support has resolved a monetary refund until payment records confirm the appropriate refund status.

24. Records, Privacy and Security

We maintain relevant records of payments, credits, reservations, delivered reports, refunds, discount eligibility and disputes to administer the service, investigate errors, secure accounts and comply with applicable obligations.

Publisher-uploaded CSVs and their individual revenue figures are handled as private research records unless a separate, permitted contribution arrangement applies. Research-credit history may be retained for appropriate accounting, fraud-prevention and legal purposes under our Privacy Policy.

Any collection and use of customer information in connection with refunds is subject to that Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws.

25. Mandatory Consumer Rights and Applicable Law

Zileth Limited operates from Nigeria. This Policy is intended to respect applicable Nigerian consumer-protection law, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act, 2018, and any mandatory consumer rights that apply where customers reside.

No provision of this Policy is intended to deny a customer a lawful remedy for non-delivery, materially defective services, unauthorized charges or other circumstances in which the law requires repair, correction, repayment or compensation.

Where an applicable law provides a more favorable mandatory remedy than the general commercial rules described here, that law prevails to the extent of the conflict.

26. Related Policies and Updates

This Policy should be read with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Data Contribution Policy, and the specific service description and checkout quote applicable to the purchase.

We may update this Policy to reflect operational, regulatory, payment-provider or product changes. Material changes will be communicated appropriately and will not retroactively remove rights relating to completed transactions.
