Important overview
JustGroupLink Research provides publisher research tools, historical advertising-performance analysis and original article-topic recommendations. This Policy explains how we handle advertising reports voluntarily supplied by publishers and how a separate, optional research-contribution program may work.
Your private upload is not automatic permission for commercial reuse. You may request analysis for your own account without joining the contribution program. Choosing not to contribute does not remove access to the ordinary private-analysis service, although any optional contributor discount will not apply.
Availability notice: Some services and reward features described here may be under testing or disabled. We will identify what is actually available in the customer dashboard. This Policy does not mean that every described feature has launched.
1. Who operates this program
JustGroupLink Research ("JustGroupLink", "we", "us" or "our") is a software and editorial research service operated by Zileth Limited, a business registered in Nigeria. Our publicly accessible website is https://justgrouplink.com. This Policy is intended to be read alongside our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Refund and Credit Policy and Research and Earnings Disclaimer.
2. Purpose and scope
This Policy applies to a customer who manually uploads an advertising-performance report, asks JustGroupLink to analyze the report privately, or elects to contribute eligible derived insights to the optional shared research program. It also explains the related contributor-discount rules. It does not authorize us to take data directly from any Google account.
The platform is designed to operate without direct Google Ad Manager or Google AdSense API access for these uploads. Publishers export reports themselves and submit the permitted files through an authenticated interface, when that feature is enabled.
3. Private analysis and shared research are two different choices
| Activity | What it means | Requires shared-research opt-in? |
|---|---|---|
| Private report analysis | Your report is evaluated to identify your own historical article performance and personalized research opportunities. | No |
| Optional research contribution | Eligible derived patterns may be combined with independently obtained keyword evidence to create original research opportunities for other users. | Yes, with separate affirmative authorization and rights checks |
| Public disclosure of your raw report | Publishing your original CSV, identifiable earnings, account information or revenue-share details. | Not part of our proposed service |
We will not treat accepting general Terms of Service, purchasing credits, signing up, or uploading a private report as consent to shared commercial research.
4. What eligible reports may contain
Subject to compatibility, a manually exported Google Ad Manager or Google AdSense report may contain an article URL or reportable post identifier; reporting date or date range; ad impressions; estimated or finalized publisher revenue; average eCPM; currency; and country or demand-source dimensions when genuinely available and appropriately authorized. Imported columns can differ by export format.
We may request the minimum relevant metadata necessary to interpret the figures—for example, whether a report covers total ad revenue or a specific demand channel, whether numbers are daily or cumulative, and which currency applies.
Do not submit passwords, API keys, session tokens, payment-card details, Google’s contractual revenue-share percentage, information that reveals that percentage, private visitor-level identifiers or third-party confidential material you have no authority to provide. Remove unnecessary personal information before uploading.
5. Publisher ownership and submission responsibility
You retain your rights in the material you lawfully submit. You confirm that you are the publisher, account holder, authorized representative or other lawful person permitted to provide the report for the chosen purpose. You must ensure your own Google terms, advertising-network obligations, MCM or partner agreements, privacy notices and relevant laws permit the submission and requested processing.
If a report includes data belonging to another publisher or confidential information subject to special restrictions, obtain the necessary authority before upload or omit that data. We may ask for a reasonable ownership or authorization confirmation and may reject submissions that appear unlawful, misleading, altered to obtain a reward, or incompatible with our security rules.
6. Google Ad Manager and AdSense are assessed separately
The policy basis for one reporting product may not be the same as another. Certain Google Ad Manager service terms allow publishers to disclose reports to third parties while restricting disclosure of revenue-share information. That does not, by itself, establish that every downstream commercial use is permitted. AdSense terms can vary with billing country; individual MCM or other contracts may also matter.
Our manual-upload design is not the same as operating the Google Ad Manager API. Nevertheless, we will apply provider-specific eligibility and rights checks before any cross-publisher commercial use. A customer’s opt-in cannot override contractual restrictions or rights that the customer does not possess.
7. What we do with a private upload
When private analysis is available, we may validate the CSV structure, map recognized column headers, remove obvious duplicates, associate URLs or post identifiers with content subjects, calculate article-level historical metrics, detect reporting inconsistencies and show findings privately to the submitting customer’s account.
For example, where revenue and ad impressions are reliable and comparable, weighted eCPM = (total publisher revenue ÷ total ad impressions) × 1,000. Ad impressions are not interchangeable with page views, registrations, visitors or Google Search Console impressions. We aim to flag small samples, mixed currencies, missing dates and changing advertising demand instead of presenting unreliable rankings as proven performance.
Private analysis may generate new article suggestions by comparing the customer’s own article categories with independent high-CPC or trending keyword research. Such suggestions are not guaranteed to generate particular earnings.
8. Separate, affirmative authorization for optional contribution
Where the contribution feature is permitted and available, participation is optional. We will display a separate, unticked choice describing the permitted derived information, intended shared research use, any processors involved, whether and how it may be incorporated into commercial reports, and the discount terms.
The authorization will be specific to the stated purposes; it will not be inferred from silence, a preselected checkbox, a private upload or an unrelated marketing preference. We will record the consent version, relevant report identifier, timestamp and a defensible audit trail. A user must be able to review their current preference and request its withdrawal.
If the law requires additional consent or other authorization from individuals mentioned in a report, the publisher must ensure that requirement is satisfied. Where consent is not valid or where contractual rights are insufficient, we will not use that submission for shared research.
9. What may be derived from permitted contributions
For eligible and authorized contributions, the platform may analyze subject categories and patterns, such as whether certain housing, insurance, employment or finance article categories demonstrated stronger historical advertising performance under sufficiently reliable conditions.
Those eligible topic signals may be compared with independently licensed DataForSEO or other permitted keyword evidence, such as advertiser CPC estimates, search demand, location relevance, query intent and actual trend measurements where available. The objective is to create new, original article-topic recommendations and editorial research briefs, not to reproduce or sell contributed reports.
We may include geographic qualifiers, a reader audience, a cost question, a keyword cluster, a proposed title, an outline and limitations that require independent editorial fact-checking.
10. What we will not put in the research marketplace
We do not intend to display, sell or give other customers access to a contributing publisher’s original CSV, account identifiers, identifiable article-by-article earnings, private eCPM figures, reporting credentials, revenue-share percentage or a dataset that allows the contributor to be reidentified or their confidential figures reconstructed.
We will not label figures from one publisher as an industry benchmark. Where a derived pattern is based on too little evidence, it must be withheld or described as insufficiently supported. Removing a name alone is not necessarily enough to anonymize commercially distinctive figures or URLs.
Our topic suggestions must identify important evidence limits; they are not promises of a particular CPC, publisher eCPM, RPM, search position or advertising income.
11. Quality, accuracy and fair treatment of contributors
Eligible reports may be checked for coherent dates, usable article identifiers, compatible revenue and impression columns, currency consistency, duplicates, sufficiently meaningful reporting periods, credible values, and provider- or rights-specific restrictions. We may ask the contributor to correct formatting or submit a compatible export.
A short reporting period or unusually high eCPM on only a few ad impressions will not automatically be considered a strong signal. Reports must not be altered or fabricated to obtain discounts or to influence marketplace recommendations. Where results conflict, we may flag the evidence as inconclusive rather than forcing an attractive conclusion.
12. Optional 15% research discount — eligibility
If the contribution-reward program is active and legally permitted for the relevant source, an eligible customer who separately authorizes qualifying shared derived research use and submits a new, valid, rights-eligible report may receive a one-time 15% discount on the next qualifying research purchase following validation.
This is a discount on a qualifying purchase, not a salary, cash payment, bank transfer, cash-equivalent token or automatic 15% increase in wallet credits. Private-only uploads are still welcome but do not qualify for this optional contributor reward.
Reward eligibility is subject to announced validation rules, provider permissions, availability, applicable consumer rights and prevention of duplicate or fraudulent submissions. Where the reward program is disabled or contribution rights are not established, JustGroupLink will not solicit permissions in exchange for an unavailable reward.
13. Limits, duplicates and discount application
A re-upload of the same or substantially identical rows, periods or files will not create repeated rewards. An additional genuinely new qualifying reporting period may be considered subject to stated limits and manual or automated review. We may impose a reasonable one-reward-per-eligible-report or reporting-period limit, with the applicable conditions displayed before acceptance.
Discounts will not stack with one another unless expressly offered. The credit quote presented before purchase will show the standard price, applicable discount, final customer-approved charge and maximum reservation. Expired, unused or disputed rewards will be handled under the offer’s clearly displayed terms and mandatory customer rights.
14. Research-credit value and pricing protection
For our proposed research-credit system, 100 credits represent US$1 in nominal JustGroupLink research purchasing value. Credits are nontransferable service units and are not withdrawable money.
Our standard direct-cost pricing model targets six times the eligible direct research-delivery cost. A qualifying 15% discount yields an intended multiple of 5.1 times that direct cost before other fees, with upward whole-credit rounding and applicable cost controls. For example, when direct research cost is US$0.048, a standard charge may be 29 credits and an eligible discounted charge 25 credits.
These are examples, not universal fixed charges. Payment processing, exchange-rate risk, actual provider costs and minimum pricing thresholds must be accounted for in live quotations. No additional credits may be charged above the maximum the customer approved without fresh authorization.
15. Discounts do not alter research delivery guarantees
Contributor discounts do not reduce customer protection. A research purchase must still follow the quoted deliverables and the separately published Refund and Credit Policy. Credits reserved before a billable request are not necessarily the final charge. If an advertised report cannot be delivered under its disclosed quality standard, applicable credits are restored.
A valid feasibility report can conclude that a niche has weak advertising demand; disappointing findings alone do not mean the service failed. Customers can reopen reports they already own without being charged again merely for viewing them.
16. Consent withdrawal and future-use controls
An eligible contributor may request withdrawal of optional commercial contribution authorization by contacting admin@justgrouplink.com or through any consent-management control made available in their account. We will stop new contribution processing based on that authorization after verifying and actioning the request, subject to any overriding lawful obligation.
Withdrawal does not automatically make prior lawful processing unlawful. Where a previously produced research report cannot reasonably be recalled, we will assess requests fairly under applicable law, contractual obligations and our ability to remove identifiable data. Future models, research outputs and newly generated marketplace recommendations should no longer draw on the withdrawn contribution unless another valid basis and necessary rights exist.
Withdrawing optional authorization will not cancel ordinary private account access or research already purchased. We will not impose punitive deductions for exercising a legal right to withdraw consent. If fraud or misrepresentation is independently established, separate fair account-remedy provisions may apply.
17. Deletion, correction and retention
A customer may request access to, correction of or deletion of eligible uploaded data by emailing admin@justgrouplink.com, subject to account verification and applicable legal exceptions. We aim to remove information that is no longer required, but some records may need to be retained for billing reconciliation, prevention of abuse, security incidents, legal claims or compliance duties.
Retention depends on the type of data, its purpose, lawful obligations and backup cycles. We do not state a universal retention period without verifying the production infrastructure and actual deletion schedule. Before public contribution intake is enabled, we will publish or otherwise clearly communicate the applicable retention periods or determination criteria and operational deletion procedures.
18. Security and access restrictions
Publisher reports may contain commercially sensitive business information. Our platform should restrict access to the uploading customer and authorized personnel who require access for support, security or validation. Controls should include secure upload handling, authenticated access, file-type and size checks, malicious-content screening, role-based permissions, audit records and safeguards for stored and transmitted information.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. We will investigate credible incidents and comply with applicable notification duties. Customers should not email us raw reporting credentials or unnecessary sensitive information.
19. External processors, AI tools and international transfers
We may use approved service providers to host the platform, maintain secure accounts, deliver email, process payments or provide licensed keyword research. Where permitted, advanced report drafting may involve an external model or processor, but private raw publisher reports must not be sent for unrelated model training or public disclosure. We will disclose material third-party processing arrangements and establish suitable contractual and technical protections before enabling such transfers.
Customer reports or personal data may be processed across borders depending on the actual approved provider and hosting arrangements. Any international transfer must be reviewed under applicable Nigerian law and, where relevant, the EU GDPR, UK GDPR or other rules. We will not invent a server location or claim all data remains in Nigeria without verification.
20. Your privacy and data-protection rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to receive information, access and correct data, withdraw optional consent, object to certain processing, request deletion or portability, and complain to a relevant supervisory authority. Requests may require identity verification and may be subject to lawful limitations.
JustGroupLink is based in Nigeria and recognizes the role of the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. Information about broader processing, international visitors and applicable rights is available in our Privacy Policy.
21. Original research, licensing and third-party independence
JustGroupLink’s analysis and editorial recommendations are separate from any individual contributed report. Customers purchasing a premium research brief receive the rights described in the applicable Terms of Service; they do not acquire ownership of another contributor’s reporting records or a right to access confidential data.
We are independently operated by Zileth Limited. We are not owned, endorsed or certified by Google, DataForSEO, Paystack or another named service merely because we discuss or use their permitted products. Third-party rights, platform terms and applicable licensing obligations remain in force.
22. Complaints, review and dispute resolution
Contact info@justgrouplink.com for general service concerns, or admin@justgrouplink.com for contribution consent, privacy, correction, deletion, eligibility or reward disputes. When writing, please provide the email address associated with your account, relevant upload or research-request reference if available, the issue and your preferred resolution. Do not send passwords or full payment-card numbers.
We will investigate reasonable disputes and explain the outcome. We do not promise an unverified fixed response period. Nothing in this Policy removes mandatory consumer rights, privacy rights or remedies available under applicable law.
23. Changes to this Policy
We may amend this Policy to reflect platform development, changes to provider rules, improved security, legal requirements or the operation of the optional contributor program. The revision date will be shown at the top of the page. Where required, significant changes to the purpose or scope of optional commercial reuse will be presented for new affirmative authorization rather than silently extending a previous permission.
