1. Our accessibility commitment
JustGroupLink Research is a publisher research software service operated by Zileth Limited, a company registered in Nigeria. We provide tools and information intended to help bloggers and website publishers investigate commercially relevant keywords, examine research evidence, review historical advertising performance where available, and develop original article-topic ideas.
We believe that people should be able to learn about and use our services regardless of disability, assistive technology, device, or method of interaction. We aim to make the website understandable, perceivable, navigable and usable for as many visitors as reasonably possible, including people with visual, hearing, motor, cognitive or other disabilities.
Accessibility is an ongoing commitment. This statement explains our goals, current assessment status, areas that may present difficulties, and how to ask for help or report a barrier.
2. Scope of this statement
This statement applies to the public website at justgrouplink.com and to JustGroupLink Research interfaces that we operate on that domain, where available. These may include:
- The homepage, product descriptions, informational articles, pricing, help and policy pages.
- Account registration, sign-in, password recovery and account settings.
- Keyword research, article-topic recommendations, research tables and customer dashboards.
- Private publisher report submissions, including CSV upload and results pages.
- Research-credit balances, purchase history, checkout links and downloadable research reports.
Some services are being developed, tested, or enabled in stages. Listing an interface here does not mean that it is currently active or has passed an accessibility audit. External websites, payment checkout pages and third-party services may have their own accessibility statements and controls.
3. Accessibility standards and current status
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), as our design and improvement target. These guidelines address areas such as text alternatives, keyboard operation, focus visibility, readable content, form instructions and compatibility with assistive technologies.
Current assessment status: Not formally assessed for WCAG conformance. JustGroupLink Research has not yet undergone a complete independent accessibility audit. We therefore do not claim that every page, plugin, dashboard, file or interaction fully conforms to WCAG 2.2 AA, and we do not claim accessibility certification.
Reference: W3C — Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2.
4. Accessibility practices we aim to follow
As we improve and test the website, our design and development priorities include:
- Clear structure: Meaningful page titles, logically ordered headings, descriptive links, and consistent navigation.
- Keyboard access: Important controls should be reachable and operable without requiring a mouse, with a visible focus indicator and a sensible tab order.
- Readable presentation: Adequate text contrast, legible typography, sufficient spacing, and layouts that remain usable on smaller screens or when text is enlarged.
- Helpful forms: Visible labels, understandable instructions, clearly identified required fields, and error messages that explain what needs correction.
- Image and media alternatives: Meaningful alternative text for informative images, captions or transcripts for relevant audiovisual material when provided, and avoidance of unnecessary information conveyed only through colour.
- Understandable interaction: Consistent buttons, plain-language instructions, confirmation of important actions, and useful explanations when a process cannot be completed.
- Responsive layouts: Pages designed to adapt to mobile phones, tablets, desktop computers and different display sizes.
- Accessible research information: Tabular data, key statistics and explanations presented in text wherever practicable, rather than relying entirely on graphical charts.
These are goals and ongoing implementation priorities, not a representation that every measure is already working perfectly across the site.
5. Keyboard, zoom and assistive technology
We aim for visitors to be able to navigate the main website and carry out essential tasks using a keyboard. Standard browser keyboard controls commonly include Tab to move forward through interactive elements, Shift + Tab to move backward, and Enter or Space to activate an appropriate control. Browser zoom and built-in text-size options may also make content easier to read.
The website is intended to work with modern browsers and standard accessibility features, but we have not verified compatibility with every combination of screen reader, operating system, browser and input device. If a menu, dialog, button, form or report does not work with your preferred setup, please contact us using the details below.
6. Forms, account access and authentication
Registration, login, password reset and account-related forms are important to the service. We aim to make their field names, instructions and error messages understandable and accessible. Where authentication protections, verification messages or other security measures introduce an accessibility barrier, we encourage users to contact us for an appropriate alternative or assistance, where available and consistent with account security.
For your protection, never send passwords, one-time login codes, API credentials, card numbers or other secrets by email when reporting an accessibility problem.
7. Research dashboards, tables and visual information
Some JustGroupLink tools may display estimated search CPC, keyword demand, country information, article-topic recommendations, credit balances or historical publisher eCPM in tables, summaries or charts.
We aim to provide understandable headings, labels and explanations for these results. Important numerical findings should be available in a readable textual or tabular form wherever practical. Interactive sorting, filtering, expandable sections and live-updating results are areas we intend to include in accessibility reviews because these features can sometimes be difficult to use with keyboards or screen readers.
If a particular statistic, table or visualization is difficult to understand or operate, contact us and identify the report or screen concerned. We will consider an alternative explanation or accessible presentation where reasonably possible.
8. CSV uploads and downloadable files
Where available, publishers may upload their own advertising-performance CSV reports for private analysis. Uploaded documents and files may not all be accessible, especially where they contain inconsistent column labels, incomplete information, unusual characters, or content created by third parties.
We aim to provide clear upload instructions, validation feedback and understandable descriptions of import errors. We also aim to make generated research reports usable in accessible formats where practicable. If a CSV, exported report, table or downloadable document presents a barrier, contact us to discuss an alternative way to access the relevant information.
Please do not include unnecessary personal information, Google login details or revenue-share percentages in uploaded reports.
9. Payment, credits and third-party checkout
JustGroupLink Research may use an approved payment processor such as Paystack for eligible purchases. Some checkout or verification steps may take place on a website or interface managed by the payment provider. We do not control every aspect of those third-party interfaces.
If you cannot complete a research-credit purchase or review your transaction history because of an accessibility barrier, please contact us. Do not email card numbers, CVVs, online banking passwords or payment authentication codes. Payment eligibility, available methods and accessibility options may vary depending on the provider and your country.
10. Content clarity and language
We aim to write product descriptions, pricing explanations, methodology notes and policies in reasonably clear English. Technical terms such as CPC, eCPM, Page RPM and research credits should be explained in context where useful.
Research estimates are not guarantees of advertising revenue. We aim to identify when information is estimated, historical, missing or subject to uncertainty so that readers can understand what a result does—and does not—mean.
11. Images, video and other media
When relevant media is published, we aim to provide descriptive alternatives for meaningful images and captions or text equivalents for important audio or video information where practicable. Decorative images should not be required to understand essential instructions.
Older media, contributed content or third-party materials may not always meet these expectations. Please report a specific item if its content is inaccessible to you.
12. Known and potential accessibility limitations
Because the platform is evolving and has not completed an independent audit, we cannot confirm that every component is accessible. Areas that may require additional testing or improvements include:
- Complex interactive research filters, charts, pop-up dialogs and automatically updated dashboard results.
- Tables that are wide on mobile devices or difficult to interpret with a screen reader.
- Third-party payment, identity-verification or security interfaces.
- Files uploaded by customers or provided by external services.
- Downloaded research reports, legacy content and media without sufficient text equivalents.
- Unexpected behaviour at very high browser zoom levels or with less commonly used assistive technologies.
These are areas of potential concern, not a list of confirmed defects. We will review reported barriers and address those within our control according to their impact and available resources. Where we cannot resolve a problem promptly, we will consider a practical alternative when possible.
13. Ongoing accessibility evaluation
We intend to assess accessibility as part of design, development, content updates and product testing. The activities we plan to use, as appropriate, include keyboard-only checks, reviewing page structure and form labels, colour-contrast checks, testing at different screen sizes and zoom levels, and targeted tests with assistive technologies.
Any future findings and significant improvements may be reflected in an updated version of this statement. No full independent evaluation or certification is claimed as of 21 October 2026.
14. Requesting assistance or an accessible alternative
If you cannot access part of the website, complete a form, upload a report, read a result or obtain a purchased service because of an accessibility barrier, please email us. We will review reasonable requests and explore an appropriate solution or alternative access method where practicable.
It is helpful—but not mandatory—to include:
- The page URL or name of the feature where you experienced the difficulty.
- A short explanation of what happened and what you were trying to do.
- Your device and browser, if known.
- Any assistive technology involved, if you are comfortable sharing that detail.
- The format or assistance you would find most useful.
You do not need to disclose a medical diagnosis or disability to report an accessibility issue. Please avoid sending sensitive account credentials or private financial reports by ordinary email.
15. How we handle accessibility feedback
We aim to review reports of accessibility barriers, assess their effect on the task involved, and prioritize issues that prevent people from accessing essential information or services. Where feasible, we may request clarification, explain a workaround, correct the content or update the interface.
Resolution depends on the nature of the issue and whether it involves our own software or an external provider. We have not published a guaranteed response or repair timeframe. If the issue is urgent, state that clearly in your message.
16. Third-party websites and services
Our website may link to external documentation, payment processors, research-data providers or other websites. Those services are responsible for their own content and accessibility arrangements. We welcome reports about external barriers encountered during a JustGroupLink task and will consider whether we can offer another supported route.
17. Privacy and accessibility-related requests
Information you send in an accessibility enquiry will be used to investigate and respond to your request and handled according to our Privacy Policy. We ask for only the details reasonably needed to understand the difficulty. Accessibility assistance does not require permission to reuse a publisher’s private reports for shared research.
