1. Introduction and our commitment

JustGroupLink Research (“JustGroupLink”, “we”, “our” or “us”) is an online research software platform operated by Zileth Limited. We help bloggers, website owners and publishers research commercially relevant keywords, evaluate available search-advertising data, analyze their own historical advertising-performance reports and prepare original article-topic recommendations.

We respect the privacy of visitors, registered members, publishers and customers. This Policy explains what information we collect, the purposes and legal grounds for processing it, who may receive it, how long we keep it, the choices available to you and how to contact us. It covers our website, account areas, research tools, CSV-upload features, customer credit wallet, marketplace and support communications, to the extent those features are available.

Our services may be used internationally. The Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and other laws applicable to particular users or processing activities may provide additional rights and obligations.

2. Who controls the information

Zileth Limited is generally the data controller for customer registrations, accounts, billing, website operations, research-service delivery, security and our own business records. Where a publisher uploads a report containing other people’s personal information, that publisher is responsible for ensuring that the upload and requested analysis are authorized. Depending on the precise arrangement, Zileth Limited may process some uploaded information on that publisher’s instructions; any controller–processor roles and required contractual terms should be documented separately where applicable.

This Policy does not replace the privacy notices or contractual obligations of Google, DataForSEO, payment providers, hosting providers, or participating publishers.

3. Information we collect

3.1 Account and identity information

When you register or manage an account, we may process your name, email address, internal WordPress username or account ID, password-verification information managed by WordPress, email-verification and password-reset status, profile preferences and account-related communications. We do not ask for your Google Ad Manager or AdSense password.

3.2 Research activity and content

We may process submitted keywords, selected countries and markets, domain names provided for competitor research, search filters, research prompts, generated topics, saved reports, download history, records of research requests, API-related usage costs attributable to the service and associated timestamps. A submitted domain or query may contain personal information; please do not include information unnecessary for the research.

3.3 Publisher advertising-performance uploads

Where the CSV-analysis service is active, you may voluntarily upload manually exported publisher reports, including article URLs or post identifiers, reporting dates or date ranges, advertising impressions, earned revenue, eCPM, report currency and supported contextual dimensions such as country or advertising source. Uploaded URLs or report labels may indirectly identify a website owner or other person.

We do not require Google’s revenue-share percentages, Google account passwords, card credentials, or confidential advertiser contracts. Do not upload files containing those items, sensitive personal data, or unrelated information about visitors or third parties.

JustGroupLink does not need direct Google Ad Manager or Google AdSense API access to perform the proposed manual-CSV service. Files should be exported by the authorized publisher and uploaded through the authenticated service.

3.4 Payments and credits

We may process purchases, credit packages, account balances, credit reservations, transaction IDs, payment provider references, currencies, amounts, applicable discounts, contributor reward eligibility, refunds, failed charges, fraud-prevention signals and payment dispute records. Card entry and payment authorization are handled by the selected payment provider. Our systems are intended not to collect or retain complete payment-card numbers or card security codes.

3.5 Technical, device and security information

When you visit or use our services, hosting infrastructure and security tools may collect IP addresses, device and browser characteristics, referral information, requested URLs, error logs, access times, cookies or comparable identifiers, and records needed to investigate abuse, protect accounts and maintain service reliability.

3.6 Messages and support requests

If you contact us, we may process your contact details, the contents of your message, relevant attachments and correspondence required to respond and maintain service records.

4. Where information comes from

Information may come directly from you; from automated activity on our website and hosting services; from payment processors reporting the status of your purchases; from authorized service providers assisting with research requests; and from public website information submitted for competitor or topic research. We do not treat publicly accessible information as automatically free of privacy or licensing obligations.

5. Why we process information and our legal grounds

Depending on the circumstances and the law that applies, we rely on one or more of the following grounds:

  • Performance of a contract: creating accounts, authenticating customers, generating and delivering requested reports, preserving access to purchased results, and managing research credits and service-related support.
  • Compliance with legal obligations: keeping required transaction records, responding to lawful requests and meeting accounting, fraud-prevention and data-protection obligations.
  • Legitimate interests, where permitted and balanced against individual rights: securing the website, preventing duplicate transactions and abuse, diagnosing faults, understanding aggregate service reliability and protecting our legal interests.
  • Consent: optional research-contribution programs, non-essential cookies where required, optional direct marketing where required, and other processing for which we specifically request permission.

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it as explained below. Withdrawal does not automatically invalidate processing lawfully completed before withdrawal. We do not assume that consenting to an upload authorizes all other uses of that information.

6. Private publisher report analysis

When you upload an eligible report for private analysis, the service may organize the rows by article and reporting period; calculate weighted historical eCPM using relevant advertising revenue and impression totals; identify sample-size limitations, duplicates and trends; and match suitable topics with available keyword research to suggest new articles for your own account.

Your original reports, individual article earnings, account identifiers and private results are not made visible to competing publishers through the ordinary customer interface. A high historical eCPM or Google Search advertiser CPC does not guarantee future publisher revenue. Article recommendations should be treated as research assistance, not earnings promises.

You must have the authority to provide the report, and the intended processing must comply with any applicable Google, publisher, MCM, licensing or other contractual restrictions.

7. Optional contributed research and shared marketplace intelligence

If a separate publisher-contribution program is enabled and your data is eligible for it, you may be invited to authorize JustGroupLink to use limited, derived topic-performance patterns from a validated report to inform original research that may be offered to other customers. Such research may combine permitted historical signals with independently obtained keyword, advertiser-demand and trend information.

Private analysis and shared contribution are different choices. A customer who declines optional contribution can still use available private-analysis services, subject to their ordinary terms and prices. Contribution permission is not preselected and is recorded separately from account registration and file upload.

We do not offer other customers downloads of your original CSV files, identify your revenue figures as belonging to you, or publish individual publisher performance tables as marketplace products. Shared insights should be screened for small samples, indirect identification and contractual restrictions; we will not activate a use prohibited by the rights governing the original information.

7.1 Optional 15% contributor benefit

Where this rewards program is active, a qualifying, reviewed submission accompanied by a valid optional contribution authorization may make the contributor eligible for a 15% discount on one qualifying research purchase, subject to the published program rules, verification, anti-duplication limits and applicable legal permissions. No cash payment is promised. Declining the contribution permission means the related discount is unavailable, but it does not prevent normal private-analysis access.

7.2 Withdrawal of contribution permission

You can withdraw permission for future optional shared-research use by contacting admin@justgrouplink.com or through any consent controls we make available. We will record the withdrawal, stop new uses dependent on that consent and review retained source records or traceable derived information for deletion or restriction where required. Research products already created and distributed before withdrawal require case-by-case assessment under applicable law, contributor terms and third-party rights; they cannot automatically be recalled in every circumstance.

Consent alone does not override Google, DataForSEO or any other provider’s contractual restrictions. The optional shared-use workflow will only operate where its required rights and safeguards have been established.

8. Automated topic research and AI-assisted processing

Our software may automatically classify keywords, cluster closely related subjects, compare historical performance signals, filter unsuitable opportunities and prepare article-title or content-brief suggestions. Where an external AI or language-model provider is separately enabled, we will disclose the provider or category of recipient and the information transmitted before using customer personal data or confidential reports in that workflow.

We do not promise that generated topics will lead to particular CPC, eCPM, RPM, traffic, search rankings or profits. We do not intend to make solely automated decisions about individuals that have legal or similarly significant effects; if such a use is later introduced, we will provide the disclosures and safeguards required by applicable law.

9. Payment service providers and closed-loop credits

Paystack is our intended primary payment gateway, subject to merchant onboarding and feature activation. Additional payment providers may be made available when approved, with their identities and relevant notices displayed at checkout. Payment partners may independently process payment information under their own privacy terms.

Research credits represent prepaid access to JustGroupLink services. They are intended to be nontransferable, non-withdrawable and usable only on this platform, subject to our published Credit and Refund Policy. We retain appropriate transaction and wallet records to prevent duplicate credits, reconcile payments and manage disputes. Only payment methods available and approved at the time of checkout will be offered.

10. Cookies, analytics and similar technologies

Essential cookies or local session mechanisms may support login, account security, saved preferences and checkout. If we introduce optional analytics, advertising, personalization or marketing cookies, we will provide any legally required notice and consent choices before using them. A separate Cookie Policy or preference panel may describe the actual technologies, providers and retention durations in more detail.

Google Search Console may be used to understand how public pages appear in Google Search; connecting a website property to Search Console does not itself mean that every visitor’s browsing activity is personally tracked through that service.

11. Who may receive information

We share information only as needed for the purposes explained in this Policy and subject to applicable safeguards. Possible recipients include:

  • Hosting, storage, backup, email and security providers: to run the website and communicate with customers.
  • Payment service providers, including Paystack when enabled: to process authorized transactions, refunds and fraud checks.
  • DataForSEO and other approved research providers: to process the selected keywords, geographic filters or other information needed for purchased research; we should avoid sending entire confidential publisher reports where unnecessary.
  • Optional technology providers: such as approved AI or analytics vendors, but only for features actually enabled and disclosed.
  • Professional advisers, regulators and authorities: when legally necessary, appropriate or required.
  • A successor organization: in a lawful restructuring or transfer of the business, subject to appropriate privacy protections and notice.

We do not sell or publicly distribute an individual publisher’s source CSV files, identifiable report earnings, private customer credentials or full payment-card information as marketplace inventory. You may request information about our current material service providers and relevant processing locations by contacting admin@justgrouplink.com.

12. International data transfers

Zileth Limited operates from Nigeria, and our customers may be in other countries. Depending on the actual hosting location and provider arrangements, information could be processed in Nigeria or another country. Before transferring personal data internationally, we will assess the applicable legal requirements and use appropriate safeguards, such as permitted transfer mechanisms, contractual protections and provider security measures where required.

For information about our current hosting and service-provider processing locations, or safeguards relevant to your data, contact admin@justgrouplink.com. We will provide available details appropriate to the request.

Additional provisions may apply to users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions.

13. Data security

We aim to apply risk-appropriate technical and organizational controls such as access restrictions, secure transmission, WordPress account protections, validation of uploaded files, permission-based report access, activity logs, backups and payment-verification safeguards. Security controls must be tested against the deployed system; no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Customers should keep their passwords confidential, use unique credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Do not place API credentials, passwords, sensitive third-party information or Google revenue-share percentages into research prompts or CSV uploads.

14. How long we retain information

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including provision of an active account, customer access to purchased reports, security, resolution of disputes, and mandatory financial or legal recordkeeping. We use the following categories of criteria; precise periods depend on the data, applicable legal requirements, and operational backup schedules. You may contact us to request additional information about a particular category.

Data category Retention criteria
Account and profile details While the account is active; after closure, only for a justified period necessary to handle security, disputes or legal obligations.
Customer research queries and purchased reports While needed to provide the purchased service and account access, or until an eligible deletion request is fulfilled, subject to legal exceptions.
Private CSV originals and extracted rows While needed for the requested private analysis and any separately permitted contribution; subject to account instructions, eligible deletion requests, and backup expiry.
Contribution consent and withdrawal records For as long as necessary to demonstrate permissions, honor withdrawals and address compliance or disputes.
Payment, tax, refund and credit-ledger records For the period required by applicable accounting, tax, financial, anti-fraud and legal obligations.
Website security, access and error logs For operational security and incident investigation, with review of their necessity and periodic deletion or rotation.
Support correspondence Until the issue is resolved and for any additional period reasonably needed for dispute resolution and legal compliance.
Backup copies Until replaced or removed through the applicable backup-rotation process, unless longer preservation is legally necessary.

When a retention period expires, we will delete, anonymize or securely archive the data as appropriate and legally permitted. Deleting an account may not erase records that must be preserved for tax, regulatory, fraud investigation or legal-claim purposes.

15. Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may have rights to request access to personal information, correct inaccuracies, request erasure, restrict or object to processing, obtain portable copies of eligible information, withdraw consent and complain to a supervisory authority.

You may also unsubscribe from optional promotional messages using the available mechanism. Transactional, account-security and service-related messages may still be necessary to fulfill your account and purchases.

To request assistance, write to admin@justgrouplink.com. We may request proportionate verification of your identity before disclosing or deleting personal data and will respond within the applicable legal time limits. Some requests may be subject to lawful exceptions.

Right to object: Where processing is based on legitimate interests or is used for direct marketing, you may object in accordance with the law that applies to you. You may withdraw optional contribution consent separately without closing your account.

16. Children and sensitive data

The platform is intended for publishers and people conducting legitimate website-research activities, not for children to submit personal information. We do not intentionally request health, biometric, religious, financial-account credentials or other sensitive personal data for keyword research. If you believe a child has submitted personal data without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can assess and address it.

17. External websites and independently operated services

Our pages or research results may link to third-party websites, publishers, payment gateways and information services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. We do not control the content, data practices or security of external sites.

18. Complaints and regulatory contacts

Please contact Zileth Limited first at admin@justgrouplink.com so we can investigate your concern. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission at https://ndpc.gov.ng/ or to another competent data-protection authority where the law gives you that right, such as the relevant EU supervisory authority or the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

19. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the platform, activated features, service providers, technology, legal requirements or data-processing practices. We will publish an updated version and effective date, and provide additional notice or request fresh consent where required for materially different uses. An earlier consent does not automatically cover a materially new purpose.
